Kith has linked up with Warner Bros. to celebrate the 85th anniversary of Batman's debut in 1939's Detective Comics #27. The collection, which is the largest ever to be released by Kith, nods to "the Dark Knight’s role as a symbol of determination, courage, and justice," according to the brand.
The lineup includes apparel, accessories and lifestyle goods sporting artwork from eight Batman films, including Batman (1989), Batman Returns, Batman Forever, Batman & Robin, The Dark Knight Trilogy by Christopher Nolan, and The Batman (2022).
Among the standouts, the Wayne Industries Moto Jacket employs heavy Nappa sheepskin leather on a biker-inspired silhouette with Wayne Industries' logo on the chest, while the Batman Satin Bomber Jacket, made from shiny nylon satin, spotlights the titular character with tonal patches on an all-black facade and yellow piping. Elsewhere, the Joker Wool Coaches Jacket hosts custom artwork of The Joker on premium heavyweight double-face wool, and T-shirts highlight more characters from across Gotham City, including Robin, Bane and Catwoman.
Accessories include beanies, trucker and bucket hats flaunting custom Batman, The Joker and Riddler branding, produced in collaboration with New Era. The lifestyle category, meanwhile, puts forth a mini die-cast Bat-Pod replica made with The Noble Collection and a Modernica Fiberglass Shell Chair with wraparound "Batman Begins" and "Batman & Robin" artwork. Lastly, Kith and Warner Bros. teamed up with Hot Wheels to create a toy Batmobile, modeled after the vehicle featured in the 1989 Batman film.
The Batman x Kith for Hot Wheels 1989 Batmobile is now available online and in Kith stores, and the full Batman x Kith collection will launch online and in Kith stores on November 22 at 11 a.m. ET. Take a look at the lineup in the gallery above.
